getting things done without authority- book idea
In an office where no one is a boss, in a flat organisational structure, it's pretty difficult to get the tasks done by others. You would not want to come across as someone who will make others work. Especially on a day before the weekend or holidays, no one wants to be given work. But the new work environments need people who can lead without authority. People who can motivate others to give their best even without being asked to do so. How can we do that?
